1.We process and ship all orders within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
During peak seasons, promotions, or unexpected events (such as severe weather or customs delays), shipments may experience slight delays. We’ll notify you via email or SMS if that happens.

2.Free shipping for All orders.
Shipping costs for other regions are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination, weight, and size.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to receive, reshipping fees will apply.

3.Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a tracking link.
You can check your delivery status on our website or directly on the courier’s tracking portal.

4.If your package hasn’t arrived within 10 business days after the estimated delivery time, please contact our support team.
We will investigate with the courier. If the package is confirmed lost, we’ll offer a replacement or refund.
